Returns & Policies

  • Statutory Rights (UK/EU): Customers have 14 days to notify us of cancellation and another 14 days to return the item, ensuring a full refund of the purchase price and standard shipping.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized, or altered items (e.g., resized rings) are exempt from returns unless they are faulty.

  • Hygiene Items: Earrings and piercing items cannot be returned if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the appropriate return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If an item is damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it, within a six-month warranty period. This does not cover misuse or accidental damage.

  • Customers should check for damage upon receipt and notify us within 3–5 working days.
